About

My artwork us inspired by my love for creativity and being able to work with clay. When I was younger, my older sisters would come home with random pieces of pottery they made that my parents displayed; as a child I was curious, what is ceramics? They would bring clay home and let me play with it, making me excited for ceramics myself.

I enjoy experimenting with different finishing and creating techniques, textures, and materials to see what I can challenge myself to make. I like to let my creativity and imagination guide me through working, letting the process guide my work if I suddenly get new ideas instead of perfection. Creating art allows me to express myself, be creative, and explore new ideas through hands on work.
